We are proud to announce that Mancala Consultores has been awarded a new contract in Peru.
The project, part of the EU4SUN programme and funded by the European Union, aims to develop a national roadmap to reduce malnutrition and mitigate the increase of hunger, prioritising the most vulnerable populations. This work will include the analysis of the current situation of malnutrition in the country, the evaluation of public policies, and the formulation of regional interventions that respond to the specific needs of the Peruvian context. In addition, the project will promote the strengthening of multi-stakeholder platforms involving the State, civil society, academia and the private sector, in order to ensure coordinated and sustainable action in the fight against malnutrition.
Through a participatory and evidence-based approach, this initiative seeks to integrate strategies that consider both the challenges of the food system and the growing pressures of climate change, ensuring that Peru continues to advance its commitments towards SDG 2: Zero Hunger.
We are excited to lead this transformative project that will contribute to improving food security in Peru, and lay the foundation for sustainable interventions in the most affected regions.
