From Mancala Consultores we are proud to accompany, through our partner Elías Gonzalo, the evaluation process of the Decentralised Budget Incentive Programme for Local Governments, led by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) with the support of the Swiss Cooperation – SECO.
Last month, in Trujillo, Elías participated in technical meetings to review the progress of the programme, which seeks to strengthen the capacities of local governments in terms of tax collection, investment management and human resource management.
