We are a leading company in the provision of consultancy and analysis services in the field of Public Financial Management. In the framework of our activities, and in order to expand our network of specialists, we are identifying new profiles to incorporate to our network of strategic collaborators.
We are looking to strengthen our capacities in Monitoring and Evaluation specialists. Experience in development cooperation projects financed by the European Union and other development partners, including the following, will be particularly valued:
Monitoring- Design of logical frameworks and monitoring systems
- Knowledge management
- Third party monitoring
- ICT and emerging technologies for monitoring
- Data collection
- Results-oriented monitoring
- Project evaluation
- Evaluation of Budget Support and Public Policy Lending programmes
- Evaluation of blending operations and financial instruments
- Country and thematic strategic evaluations
- Quantitative and econometric analysis
University degree; 6 years or more of relevant professional experience; Field experience in countries supported by International Development Partners; Fluency in English, French, Spanish and/or Portuguese; Good writing and presentation skills.
