Mancala Consultores and Baastel have been commissioned by the French Development Agency (AFD) to undertake a feasibility study for a Program Budget Loan aimed at strengthening Disaster Risk Reduction and climate resilience in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan.
The study will assess the feasibility of funding critical sectors such as water resources, irrigation, sanitation, and early warning systems, ensuring an environmentally and socially sensitive and gender-responsive approach to address the effects of climate disasters on the province.
Mancala Consultores will carry out the study in three phases: Programme review and due diligence; Preparation of the Program Budget Support (PBS); and Support for PBS launch.
