Field Mission for UNICEF’s Country Program Evaluation in Panama
We’re thrilled to share that Mancala Consultores´ evaluation team embarked on a field mission for the Evaluation of UNICEF’s Country Program in Panama (2021-2025). Last week, our team was on the ground, conducting interviews with the UNICEF team and visiting communities in Lajas Blancas, Panamá Oeste, Darién, and other regions. This mission is a crucial part of our effort to assess achievements, strategies, and cooperation modes that contribute to the rights and well-being of children and adolescents, particularly those most vulnerable.
In addition, we’re conducting a gender program review to analyze the implementation of the Gender Action Plan in Panama, aiming to identify gaps and propose solutions to strengthen this component in future cooperation programs.
We’re committed to ensuring that the evaluation results guide impactful contributions to UNICEF’s work for the 2026-2030 programming cycle, continuing to drive positive change in the lives of children and adolescents across Panama.
