Strategic Evaluation of the EU Partnership with Mozambique (2014 - 2023)

The evaluation assesses the EU’s partnership strategy with Mozambique from 2014 to 2023, covering a wide range of EU interventions, including both spending and non-spending activities. Its main goals are to improve the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of the EU-Mozambique partnership, and to draw key lessons for future EU strategies and interventions in the country. The evaluation focuses on political and climate diplomacy, trade policies, and cooperation activities related to areas such as stable peace, local conflict, macroeconomic stability, public finance management, climate change, regional disparities, and investment promotion.
