The assignment aims to develop recommendations for a model integrating economic flows and stock positions in the SIIF, aligning NGB entity records with accounting, GFS, and SNA standards. Deliverables include: 1) a baseline document evaluating NGB processes and technologies, 2) a conceptual and functional design proposal, 3) gap analysis, 4) functional requirements recommendations, 5) a desktop review evaluation report, 6) final recommendations for implementation, and 7) a roadmap for adopting the proposed model.
