Identification Mission of the Food and Nutrition Security Program MIP European Union 2014-2020 in Guatemala

In the framework of the mission to identify/formulate a European Union Budget Support programme for the Food Security and Nutrition/Health sector, we were part of the working team as specialists in Public Financial Management. In the mission, we (i) identified the intervention, as foreseen in the framework of the multiannual indicative programme with Guatemala 2014-2020; (ii) elaborated the Annexes corresponding to a budget support operation (Macro, Policy, Public Financial Management, and Budget Transparency).
