Consultancy to evaluate the application of the Annual Balance of Public Management (BAGP), as an instrument of the Budget for Results (PpR)

The project consisted of supporting the Budget Directorate General in carrying out a comprehensive review of the application of the Annual Public Management Balance Sheet – a results-oriented budget instrument in Paraguay in the previous three years – on the basis of the instrument’s design, its use by public institutions and its usefulness.
