Consultancy for the review and development of the Monitoring and Evaluation framework applicable to the Development Policy Operations Programs (OPD) and the Emergency Support and Preparedness Program for COVID-19 and Economic Reactivation of CABEI

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration contracted the services of Mancala Consultants to propose the redesign of the Monitoring and Evaluation framework, based on a macro-diagnosis of existing Monitoring and Evaluation. Thus, a comparison was made with the Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks of other multilateral development banks, taking into account the principles and standards of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
