The consultancy’s general objective was to design and develop a distance\/online Training Plan for the technical teams and decision makers of the Municipality of San Jos\u00e9 and meet the following specific objectives:<\/p>\n

    Develop a didactic methodology that guarantees the significant understanding of the application and adaptation of the public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks of the participating people, mainly in the processes of identification, selection, evaluation and preparation of PPP projects in a given governmental context.<\/p><\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Create and provide theoretical and practical material that transmits from the principles and concepts of what a PPP is, when and how it can be used, to recognizing the elements for structuring a PPP, ensuring its technical, economic-financial, legal feasibility, and preparing a risk analysis and identify the main elements of a PPP contract and its effective management.<\/p><\/li>\n
