Specifically, this evaluation aims to assess the achievements, results, strategies, modes of cooperation, and contributions to the exercise of the rights of children and adolescents, especially those in situations of greater vulnerability, both at the national and subnational levels. The findings of the evaluation guide the program planning for the period 2026-2030 and the allocation of resources accordingly.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">The evaluation uses a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data, and considers the added value of UNICEF&#8217;s interventions.
