This development is carried out in the framework of compliance with Article 12 of the Paris Agreement: &#8220;The Parties shall cooperate in taking appropriate measures to improve education, training, public awareness and participation and public access to information on climate change&#8221;. The technical assistance is intended to accompany the multi-sectoral and multi-stakeholder participatory process that aims to define strategic guidelines and pilot actions on climate
