Mancala Consultores has been awarded a new World Bank contract in Colombia under the title: Technical Assistance for the definition of a roadmap for the Public Accounting Entity (PCE), public accounting reforms and the measurement of the quality of the information generated by the new Budget Classification Catalog (CCP) in Colombia. This contract, framed in the Program for the Strengthening of Public Financial Management in Colombia of the Swiss Cooperation (SECO), and implemented by the World Bank (WB). Mancala is part of the consortium, led by the company Proyección Soluciones y Estrategia SAS) and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, ZHAW.
This technical cooperation will aim to provide technical inputs to the authorities and generate proposals in the following areas: (i) Public accounting entity of the central sector of the national public administration; (ii) Adoption of the International Standard for Public Sector Accounting (IPSAS) 42 Social Benefits in Colombia; (iii) Cost accounting system for services rendered; (iii) Quality of the information of the General Budget of the Nation after the adoption of the Budget Classification Catalog.
