Techinical Assitance to the education and labour sector of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Tajik authorities noted the need for an assessment of the disbursement arrangements, conditionalities and performance indicators of the Budget Support Programme for the Republic of Tajikistan. In order to carry out this assessment, a joint effort was made with the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Education and the Ministry of Finance of Tajikistan to produce:

1. An assessment report on the quality and adequacy of the monitoring and reporting arrangements of the results of the QESP II Budget Support Programme for the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. A proposed roadmap for the implementation of the Budget Support Programme, including timetable, processes, instruments/templates, etc.
