Study on options and recommendations for a global and sustainable public good

This consultancy aimed to carry out a preliminary analytical exercise to propose options for defining the future of the PEFA Programme in terms of approach and scope, development of the assessment framework, organisation of the Secretariat function and funding modalities. Specifically, the study analysed various institutional, technical and financial aspects of the existing assessment framework, Public Financial Management reforms and the PEFA tool, financing and organisation, among others.
