The AFD granted two budget loans of 60 million euros and 80 million euros to the United Mexican States, respectively, to strengthen the policy of protected natural areas and accompany the construction of the national ecological connectivity policy. The loans included a technical and public policy dialogue between AFD and Mexico and technical cooperation programs. The general objective of the evaluation is to assess whether the objectives of the intervention were achieved, that is, to obtain a credible and independent opinion on the relevance, execution and effects of the financed projects.
