Mid-term evaluation of the Budget Support Program

The mid-term evaluation of the programme, including two Technical Assistances, aimed to provide the Delegation of the European Union in Bolivia and the Government of Bolivia with independent information on the current status of the processes and achievements of the results of the Budget Support programme and its possible contribution to the increase of financing for the water and sanitation sector in Bolivia, the improvement of the quality of public policies associated with this sector and progress towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to the preservation of the environment and water resources – SDGs 6, 12, 13 and 15 – and gender equality – SDG5 -.
