The public financial systems of the SICA Member States and the regional cooperation mechanisms to strengthen a resilient fiscal policy are not sufficiently oriented to the criteria of an inclusive and ecological recovery. To strengthen the resilience of public finances in the SICA region, the TC module supports the development and implementation of regional strategies, as well as regional exchange on successful reform processes.
The beneficiaries of the services are SE-COSEFIN and its working groups, the different Ministries of Finance, the Ministries of Planning, as well as (occasionally) Line Ministries, Supreme Audit Institutions, and civil society organizations in SICA countries. The contract is for the provision of a short-term group of experts to contribute to the four project products covering various topics related to Good Financial Governance within the SICA countries in general and the objectives of the program.
