Evaluate the impact of the Budget Support in the Dominican Republic in the sector budget support program in the years 2012 to 2016 by the European Union in the education sector.
The project has been executed through the German firm GFA Consulting Group.
The standard methodology for the evaluation of budget support developed in the framework of the OECD DAC will be used, which uses a comprehensive evaluation framework that combines the “three-step approach” with the five levels of analysis.
