External Evaluation of the Central American Institute of Fiscal Studies -ICEFI- (2011-2014)

The project consisted of a critical analysis and independent assessment of ICEFI’s work in order to understand and evaluate the results achieved – outputs, outcomes and possible impacts – during the period 2010 – 2014, taking into account the thematic relevance and relevance for the prioritised actors. In the same way, the analysis allowed to extract elements of reflection and learning from the processes, results obtained, strategies and methods applied by the institute during the evaluated period. In addition, the findings, conclusions, recommendations and possible proposals for adjustments aimed at expanding the results for the new cycle of work that ICEFI started in 2015 were also pointed out.
