Evaluation of ADELANTE (final / ex-post phase 1 and interim second phase)

The evaluation of the ADELANTE program aims to understand its effectiveness and efficiency, while also extracting valuable lessons and recommendations for future interventions. Employing a mixed-methods approach that incorporates both qualitative and quantitative data, it examines the program’s impact, including the added value provided by the European Union. Key aspects such as relevance, coherence, sustainability, and impact are assessed, along with an analysis of the replicability of the TrC model in other regions and the most suitable modalities for its ongoing implementation.
