We are delighted to announce that Mancala Consultores has been awarded the contract for the Evaluation of the ADELANTE Facility! ADELANTE is a European Union facility with the objective of contributing to the fulfilment of the 2030 Agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean, through interventions that reflect the most modern approaches to Triangular Cooperation. This evaluation has been awarded within the new EU framework contract Lot 16 in which Mancala is part of the Particip Ghmb’s Consortium.
The evaluation will focus on the evaluation of Phase I of ADELANTE and will also carry out a mid-term evaluation of its ongoing Phase II. In addition, the evaluation will provide a prospective view of the possible application of Triangular Cooperation and the ADELANTE model to other regions.
