We are very pleased to announce that our consortium, led by 2AC – Associés audit et conseil and Institutions et Développement (I&D), and comprised of the following companies Groupe e-sud, Espelia, and Mancala Consultores has been awarded with the Framework Contract of the AFD – Agence Française de Développement, for both Lot 1 Capacity Building in Public Finance and Lot 2 Capacity building on State Reform. The purpose of the present framework agreement is to entrust capacity building services for public financial management and public sector reform to several high-quality contractors.
These contracts serve to complement our experience working with the European Union (EU) and United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) framework contracts and will allow for us to expand our experience to the regions and countries where AFD is most present.
Moreover, we will contribute to the implementation of AFD’s strategy in the world, financing, supporting and accelerating transitions towards a fairer and more sustainable world.
